Crafted by Domaine Henri Boillot, this Premier Cru offering hails from 60-year-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils. A careful ageing approach was taken, with 50% of the wine matured in single-vintage barrels and the other half undergoing `vinification intégrale`. The resulting Pinot Noir is both full-bodied and harmoniously balanced, revealing captivating notes of blackberries accompanied by floral nuances.
