Uncle Val`s Botanical Gin

Uncle Val`s Botanical Gin is a small-batch gin produced in California. This crisp, vividly aromatic gin uses botanicals inspired by company founder August Sabastiani`s uncle, Zio Valerio, an avid gardener and cook living in Tuscany. These include juniper, lavender, cucumber, lemon and sage. Uncle Val’s is an American wet gin, meaning the botanicals are added after the distillation process, after careful removal of other, potentially hangover-causing fusel oils. A fine sipping gin, Uncle Val`s Botanical Gin also works well in all gin-based cocktails, not least the classic Martini.
