Smooth Ambler Old Scout American Whiskey is a blended Kentucky Bourbon-style whiskey produced at the Smooth Ambler distillery in West Virginia, USA. A blend of whiskies from Indiana and Tennessee made with bourbon mashbills – one matured in new oak barrels, the other is in renovated, re-charred Bourbon casks – Smooth Ambler Old Scout is boldly flavoured with notes of caramelised apples, sweet tobacco and caramel, along with a hint of rye spiciness. Located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, Smooth Ambler is state-of-the-art craft distillery established in 2009 by TAG Galyean and John Little.
