Seresin Sun & Moon Pinot Noir 2015

Seresin Sun & Moon Pinot Noir 2015 is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir produced from certified organically farmed grapes in the Omaka Valley of Marlborough New Zealand. Produced from a single block of Seresin`s Raupo Creek Vineyard, this wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 18 months in French oak barriques and puncheons (25% new) before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Winemaker`s note. "The 2015 is the purest expression of Pinot Noir we can make... Ruby hued, with an inviting fragrance, it is mouthfilling, with generous, ripe cherry, plum, spice and nut flavours, good tannin backbone, and excellent depth, structure, complexity and harmony. Still unfolding, it should be at its best 2023+."
