A beautiful Blanc de Blancs from mythic Champagne producer Salon. 1999 is the thirty-seventh and last vintage of the 20th century. Very pale yellow with a lively nose and a juvenile grace that captures the palate. A brioche, white blossom and bitter almond profile is followed by a lingering, citrussy finish.
