This English sparkling rosé from Rathfinny is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, and 18% Pinot Meunier, aged for a minimum of 36 months on the lees. The delicate fine bubbles contribute to a creamy palate featuring notes of clementines and kumquats, transitioning to raspberries and strawberries, culminating in a refreshing quince finish. the wine is vegan and contains only 5g/L of residual sugar.
