Pouilly Fuisse Ferret 2021

Domaine Ferret Pouilly-Fuissé 2021 is a medium-bodied dry white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation of southern Burgundy. Produced using grapes from the domaine`s top old-vine Chardonnay parcels. the wine is partially (20%) fermented in new oak barrels and spends 10 months ageing in the same barrels, followed by six months resting in concrete vats., Complex and elegant, with wonderful freshness, the wine displays bright stone fruits with notes of creamy hazelnut and spices, and a palate-cleansing minerality.
