This small batch Cognac from the Philbert Brothers was produced with grapes from a single estate vineyard and distilled in 2017 on the lees in copper pot stills. Aged in first and refill French oak casks and estate bottled in 2022. Notes of dried banana and pastries mingle with coffeed, leather complex character.
