A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, this classic cuvée champagne spent a minimum of 6 years on the lees. The nose is delicate and floral, with hints of lime blossom, acacia, and a touch of honey. On the palate, white peaches, pears, smoked almonds and zesty notes give way to a gentle, mineral finish.
