Hailing from the sun-kissed shores of Goa, this Indian single malt was first matured for about 5 years in 1st fill ex-Bourbon barrels before spending 2 years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Expect sweet and fruity notes such as figs, apricots, plums, butterscotch and hints of banana. A perfect after-dinner dram to sip slowly.
