The grapes benefit from ample sun exposure, allowing for thorough ripening, while cooler evenings contribute to preserving acidity. This combination results in well-balanced wines boasting intricate flavour profiles. The specific expression was crafted by Domaine Jean Tardy et Fils, located in the commune of Flagey-Echézeaux.
