Description
The 2021 Nielson Chardonnay underwent a dual fermentation process, with 70% in stainless-steel tanks and 30% in neutral barrels. Additionally, 60% of the wine was aged in neutral French oak for a duration of 5 months. Exhibiting a pale gold hue, it presents aromas of butterscotch and dried lemon peel. The palate features flavours reminiscent of lemon curd and lemon peel, supported by a balanced acidity and subtle stony undertones.
