Marc de Bourgogne de Vogue

A distinctive Marc de Bourgogne crafted by Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé from a blend of multiple vintages. The spirit was meticulously produced by distilling the pomace, which comprises grape skins, pips, stems, and other solid remnants left after pressing. Following the careful removal of the pomace to large wooden vats, it undergoes a precise distillation process. The resulting liquid is then patiently matured for a decade in Limousin oak barrels, allowing it to develop in colour and mellow out its fiery alcohol content.
