Collection 243 is created from Louis Roederer`s Perpetual Reserve and the oak-aged reserve wines, complemented by the finest successes of the 2018 harvest. Composed of 42% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 18% Pinot Meunier and 8g/l dosage. Golden in the glass with a fine, lively mousse. Ripe delicate fruit on the nose with notes of mirabelle plum, lemon meringue pie and jasmine together with smoky, roasted notes and freshly baked pastry character. Ripe and textural on the palate balanced by a saline freshness.
