Maggie Harrison previously worked with Manfred Krankl at Sine Qua Non before releasing her own Lillian label Syrah in 2004. Over time the project has grown to now also include Cabernet Sauvignon and Roussanne. The 2014 Syrah is a gorgeous wine of quite profound beauty. It is deep, dark and rich, yet unerringly fragrant and refined. Seamlessly balanced and silken in texture, this is a charm to drink now but will continue to improve with cellaring.
