Domaine Gaston et Pierre Ravaut is a family-owned estate situated in Ladoix-Serrigny. Red Burgundy is their main focus, but the Domaine also produces a refined Corton-Charlemagne and other Ladoix white wines which make up about 25% of their production. This release comes from Les Basses Mourottes Premier Cru, an appellation within Ladoix. The 2021 vintage is currently at its youthful stage and would benefit from a few years of storage before opening.
