Joh. Jos Prüm is undoubtedly one of the most iconic estates in Mosel, Germany and is amongst the most revered producers of Riesling in the world. This is a lovely later-harvested sweet Riesling from the prized Graacher Himmelreich vineyard. On the palate it is ripe and pure, with superb mid-palate concentration, vibrant acidity and a long, delicately saline finish.
