Gevrey Chambertin Les Corbeaux Serafin 1995

Sérafin Père et Fils is one of the leading wine producers in Gevrey-Chambertin. The domaine was originally established in 1947 by a Polish immigrant named Stanislaus Sérafin and it is currently led by third-generation cousins Karine and Frédérique. This cuvée comes from their 0.45-hectare plot in ‘Les Corbeaux’, a small Premier Cru vineyard situated within the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. The 1995 vintage yielded a limited harvest, resulting in wines of heightened concentration, boasting the essential tannins and acidity required for long-term ageing.
