Based in Walla Walla, Figgins is the project of veteran winemaker Chris Figgins, best known for being the winemaker at his family winery Leonetti Cellar. This release from 2012 is a blend of estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot, and it is drinking beautifully now. Expect notes of plums, blueberries, crème de cassis, liquorice, anise and just a hint of tobacco.
