Egly-Ouriet Les Crayères Blanc de Noirs 2023 Disgorgement is a non-vintage, single-vineyard, blanc de noirs Champagne produced in Ambonnay, France. Established in 1930, Egly-Ouriet is a fourth generation, family-run champagne producer currently overseen by Francis Egly. The estate covers approximately 9 hectares of vineyards which are mostly Grand Cru plots in Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay. This top cuvée is produced from old Pinot Noir vines from Les Crayères – a vineyard situated in Ambonnay – planted in 1946 and 1947. Fermented exclusively in barriques, this Champagne exudes authority with a dense structure. However, the chalky soils impart a finesse and vivacity, ensuring a harmonious balance among all its elements.
