From one of the most prestigious Bordeaux wine producers comes this luxurious brandy made from five noble varieties of plums. Prune d`Alsace, Mirabelle de Metz, Mirabelle de Nancy, Reine-Claude and Prune d`Ente. All the fruit is hand-harvested on the estate and double distilled in a copper still. The liquid undergoes a maturation process in barrels and demijohns for 15 years, developing a rich and multi-layered flavour profile. Each bottle is numbered and presented in an elegant wooden box.
