Dalmore 40-Year-Old was initially aged in white oak, ex-bourbon casks before being transferred into 30-year-old oloroso sherry casks. On the nose, coffee beans, sweet sultanas, dates and marmalade. The palate reveals gingerbread, molasses, maple syrup and brioche dipped in honey, before a finish full of blood orange and coconut.
