Cyprès de Climens 2011 is a mature, full-bodied sweet wine from the Barsac appellation of Bordeaux. Cyprès de Climes is the second wine of this iconic château and although not produced every vintage, it a popular and more accessible version of the flagship wine of the property. Produced from biodynamically farmed Semillon grapes, this wine offers honeyed notes of vanilla, candied yellow fruits and apricots.
