Guerrieri Rizzardi Costeggiola Soave Classico 2022 is a single-vineyard dry white wine blend produced from Garganega and Chardonnay grapes in the Soave Classico zone of Veneto, northern Italy. The Soave Classico zone is the premium vineyard area of the Soave region, where vines growing at higher elevation with stricter yield control produce grapes with greater concentration and minerality than those found in the flatter sections of the region. Costeggiola is a cru hillside vineyard with silty-sandy soils which are rich in limestone with a volcanic basalt sub-soil. Produced in an unoaked style, this 2022 expression is dry, concentrated, mellow and aromatic, with classic Soave notes of crushed lilies, peach, citrus, almond and minerals.
