Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2020

This Sauvignon Blanc from Cloudy Bay undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels using native yeasts, enhancing its complexity over four to five months. Following this, the wine matures in barrels on fine lees for 15 months before the blending and maturation process in Cloudy Bay’s cellars. The 2020 Te Koko boasts aromas of white flowers, hay, stone fruit, and preserved citrus. Its textured palate unfolds with layers of white peach, pear, and white flowers interwoven with mineral and brioche notes. A refreshing acidity provides a solid foundation, culminating in a long and elegant finish.
