Domaine Michel Magnien Clos de la Roche 2003 is a mature-vintage Burgundy red wine from the Grand Cru climat of Clos de la Roche in the Côte de Nuits. Clos de la Roche is the most northerly of the four Grands Crus of Morey-Saint-Denis and produces nuanced, mineral-laden Pinot Noirs which are among the most sought-after in the world. Michel Magnien`s plot is located next to Clos Saint Denis in the upper part of the village of Morey, with vines planted on very shallow brown limestone soils.
