This 2013 Châteauneuf-du-Pape was produced from organically cultivated grapes, predominantly Grenache [55%], Mourvèdre [30%], and Syrah [10%], with the final 5% composed of a blend including Cinsault, Counoise, Muscardin, and Vaccarèse. Then nose features notes of lavender, thyme, kirsch, and subtle charred beef. True to the Clos des Papes style, these characteristics seamlessly transition to the palate, enhanced by a touch of cracked black pepper.
