With roots dating back to 1540 in the Southern Rhône valley, the Sabon family, though the estate bottled its first vintage resembling its modern form in 1921. The `Renaissance` is a white blend featuring Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. Expect notes of white flowers, honey, incense, and polished wood.
