Samuel Billaud established his own eponymous domaine, Samuel Billaud, in 2009 after working at his family`s Domaine Billaud-Simon. He has since gained recognition for his meticulous vineyard management and traditional winemaking techniques that highlight the unique terroir of Chablis. Billaud produces a range of Chablis wines, including village-level, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru bottlings. This release comes from Vaulorent, the only Chablis Premier Cru vineyard located on the same hill formation as the Chablis Grand Crus.
