Domaine Samuel Billaud Chablis Sechet 2021 (Damaged Capsule) is a medium-bodied white wine from the Premier Cru climat of Sechet in the Chablis appellation of Burgundy. Coming from a renowned Chablis lineage, Samuel Billaud embarked on an independent journey in 2009, establishing his eponymous Domaine. Previously the winemaker at Domaine Billaud-Simon, a respected producer synonymous with classic Chablis excellence, Samuel has achieved remarkable acclaim since launching his own label. The Séchet Vieilles Vignes Premier Cru comes from a 0.6-hectare plot of 80-year-old vines and spends 18 months on the fine lees. The 2021 vintage is widely regarded as favourable for Chablis, producing wines that are not only delectable but also display excellent ageing potential.
