This half bottle of Certan de May provides a snapshot of the château’s complex terroir. The 2018 vintage is a fresh and juicy wine, combining 70% of Merlot, 25% of Cabernet Franc and 5% of Cabernet Sauvignon. Beautifully aromatic, with scents of red cherries, blueberries, plums, fresh herbs and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine presents some new oak toastiness and savoury characters, finishing on a spicy note.
