The PX cask underwent a specialized New Era Of Cask (NEOC) process, a distinctive technique which highlights the full flavour spectrum of the sherry cask. Limited to just 233 bottles, it`s a special edition that marries Caol Ila and Pedro Ximénez sherry in perfect harmony.
