Produced with oversight by the Chicago Rabbinical Council in specifically designated kosher barrels to satisfy Passover requirements, this is a smooth yet complex rye recipe Bourbon with notes of sweet citrus, vanilla pod, cinnamon and honey. It was matured for seven years in 7 years in virgin American white oak.
