Only made in exceptional vintages, Biondi-Santi Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is traditionally fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement vats, with ageing in traditional large Slavonian oak casks for three years. Biondi-Santi is the definitive producer of Brunello di Montalcino and has remained steadfastly traditional - in terms of both its iconic label and wine style - while other Brunello producers have been carried away by passing fashions.
