Domaine Naudin-Ferrand follows organic farming practices in their vineyards and adopts a hands-off approach in the cellar. The Flower Series, named after wildflowers amidst the vines, features `Bellis Perennis,` a Chardonnay sourced from `En Daisey` and `En Bully` parcels in Magny-lès-Villers. After hand harvesting and gentle pressing, the wine ages for 15 months in large barrels. `Bellis Perennis` showcases yellow fruit, spicy florals, and a mineral-rich core. With maturation, honey and butter complexities emerge, accompanied by a silky texture reminiscent of Chassagne-Montrachet.
