Founded in 1974 by the late Stuart Hopper, Bannockburn is a family-owned winery situated just outside Geelong, Australia. Every Bannockburn wine is produced from estate-grown fruit under the guidance of winemaker Matt Holmes. This Shiraz originates from a single vineyard featuring volcanic debris scattered throughout the block, resulting in a profile characterized by notes of stewed cherries, violets, spices, leather, and bacon.
