Porseleinberg 2015

Established in 2009, Porseleinberg is a South African winery located in the Porseleinberg mountain range within the Swartland region. This particular release hails from the 2015 vintage and features a well-defined nose with hints of iodine, blue flowers, lavender, fennel root, and notes reminiscent of dry bricks. A subtle savoury quality runs through it, offering a refreshing, almost menthol-like coolness and a mineral essence. It is a full-bodied wine with a tightly-wound texture driven by minerals, vibrant acidity, and a sappy edge resulting from the inclusion of stems.
