The Steading from 2005 is a wonderful blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Shiraz and 20% Mataro. It has delicate notes of truffle, five spice and spring flowers supported by a rich core of framboise, liquorice, saddle leather and Provencal herbs. The palate is elegant, pure and neatly wound by a taut spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins.
