Lucien Le Moine is a small, independent wine merchant founded by Mounir and Rotem Saouma in 1999. They specialize in sourcing Premier and Grand Cru wines from Burgundy, which they then age in their vaulted cellar in Beaune. There is no winemaking involved as the wines reach them after fermentation. This cuvée comes from Murgers des Dents de Chien, a highly regarded Premier Cru vineyard situated in the Saint-Aubin appellation. An exceptional wine that would benefit from a few more years in the cellar.
