Richebourg Anne Gros 2014

Anne Gros, the only daughter of François Gros, has established an exceptional reputation for the domaine she took over from her father in 1988. This wine is made from a tiny 0.6-hectare lieu-dit of Richebourg Grand Cru called “Les Verroilles”, which was purchased by Louis Gustave Gros in 1882 and has vines between 50- and 70 years of age. Perhaps the most structured and broad of all the estate’s wines, this still has hallmark elegance, finesse and focus. Still a little young to be showing its full spectrum of complexity, this should drink well from 2023 through to 2035+.
