A single malt Japanese whisky released by Shinshu distillery in 2021. To create this small-batch expression, master blender Hajime Kunai has selected several bourbon and sherry casks, all aged in the distillery`s cellars. Expect notes of melon, quince, honey and hazelnut, all coated by an oily texture. The finish is smooth, with more honey, some herbs and pepper.
