Château Léoville-Las Cases is a Second Growth wine estate situated in the Saint-Julien appellation. The château produces two wines, its grand vin and a second wine called Clos du Marquis that has been released since 1902. This is the 2019 vintage of the flagship wine, presented here in a magnum bottle. It is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, aged in 90% new oak. Expect intense notes of cassis, dark berries, tobacco leaves and pencil shavings. The wine has an exceptional ageing potential with many years of ahead of it.
