A terrific single cask Highland Park, distilled in December 1991 and bottled at a cask strength of 53.9% ABV in September 2017 for Mackillop`s Choice. The nose reveals raisins, dark chocolate and salted caramel, with a touch of vanilla and a hint of smoke. The palate is filled with dried fruits, smoke and wood spice, followed by sea breeze and vanilla custard.
