Georges Rémy is a dynamic, third generation vigneron producing coveted champagnes from his base in the grand cru village of Bouzy. Working predominantly with Pinot Noir from small plots which he vinifies individually, Georges crafts powerful and expressive wines that never fail to impress. Les Quatre Terroirs is a blend composed of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, sourced from the villages of Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois and Tauxières. The champagne is vinified in oak barrels and the dosage is only at 3.5g per litre.
