Lucien Le Moine is a small, independent wine merchant founded by Mounir and Rotem Saouma in 1999. They specialize in sourcing Premier and Grand Cru wines from Burgundy, which they then age in their vaulted cellar in Beaune. There is no winemaking involved as the wines reach them after fermentation. This particular release comes from Corton-Charlemagne, the celebrated Grand Cru appellation introduced in 1937. The 2021 vintage is still in its prime youth and will benefit from a few years in the cellar before being opened.
