Bouchard Père et Fils produces two expressions of Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru. La Cabotte is a 0.2ha lieu-dit that has been bottled separately since the 1997 vintage and has had an extraordinary run of form since 2010. From a less highly acclaimed vintage, this is an excellent release. Though perhaps more tightly wound, it still exudes impressive intensity of fruit and brilliant length.
