Jean-Claude Lapalu is an icon of the natural wine movement and is one of the finest producers in Beaujolais. His 9ha of vines are farmed organically and biodynamically with vinification carried out with little or no sulfur dioxide and generally with strict carbonic maceration. The 2018 Brouilly VV is delicious with notes of cherries, spice, liquorice and orange rind.
