Azienda Agricola Gianfranco Bovio are well-renowned for their classical expressions of Nebbiolo and this wafts from the glass with delicate aromas of wild cherry fruit, liquorice and wisps of woodsmoke. On the palate it is richly textured, intense and finishes with a subtle kiss of tannin.
