Pio Cesare Barbaresco 1967 is a mature-vintage Nebbiolo red wine from the Barbaresco appellation of Piedmont, northern Italy. Pio Cesare was founded in 1881 by Cesare Pio and is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. The company continues to be owned and run by Cesare Pio`s descendants, five generations on. 1967 was an excellent vintage across northern and central Italian wine regions. In Piedmont, it is often described as the vintage of the decade.
