First produced in 2003, this is a fabulously concentrated and layered white wine. `Lauren` is Aubert Wines` first Estate Chardonnay, named after their daughter, Lauren. Located in the “golden hills” of Forestville, the Lauren Vineyard features the estate`s favourite clonal selections of Chardonnay, and typically produces the most concentrated wine in the repertoire. Comprised of four distinct Chardonnay clones, this wine is a hypothetical blend of Sonoma Coast with White Burgundy. Fabulously concentrated and layered with beautiful aromatics.
